Hi Martin,
Unfortunately for me, I had to switch from xp to vista recentlly because my new laptop was provided with it.
Today I tried, just after having relaunched my system, to use WSW, and LWA.
At first I was afraid because Jaws saw nothing.
But fortunately, I found the solution in WSW.
Simply by switching in advanced/appearence Folders and bookmarks from the default vista font to a more suitable one : I simply unticked the "use default font" checkbox and selected Arial in my case.
The problem is that the same thing occurs in LWA and there I see no way to change the interface font.
Could you tell me if there is a workaround for tis until you bring a more elegant solution to LWA please ? _________________ Regards,

It's currently not possible to change the font within LWA.
Does this affect only the folder list and document list? Or also the menu system?
I'm just wondering why it doesn't work because LWA should be fully MSAA compatible... Doesn't JAWS support MSAA? _________________ Martin Aignesberger [SUPPORT] |

1. I know it is not currently possible to change font in LWA, but is it planned in the future ?
2. Apparently only the folder and document lists are concerned by this problemm.
3. Jaws well supports MSAA but strangely apparently.
I already encountered problem in other apps... _________________ Regards,

yes, it's planned.
I'll try to make a special build for you in the second half of this week where this should work... _________________ Martin Aignesberger [SUPPORT] |

First, sorry for not having responded before but I had to reinstall my notebook completely...
Keep this idea of making the font customizable but it is not urgent for you to make a special build for me as reinstalling my notebook and the correct video drivers, I think it is the solution of this problem, make the treeview/list of LWA and WSW visible for me (but with another font as the default one recommanded by your apps and vista...) _________________ Regards,

OK, new beta versions are planned for the end of January 2008. If that time frame is OK for you it would be great... _________________ Martin Aignesberger [SUPPORT] |
