AutoWatch
Here you can define, if and how often a bookmark should be checked when WebSite-Watcher is in AutoWatch mode. The AutoWatch mode can be started by pressing the AutoWatch button 
in the main toolbar.

With the optional time settings you can specify, when and how often a page should be checked. If no optional time settings are entered, then only the "Check every..." setting is used.
The "Automatic time configuration" allows WebSite-Watcher to automatically adjust an optimal time configuration for bookmarks based on previous updates.
Active pages will be checked more often, pages that lay dormant for months will be checked less often. This option is especially for bookmarks where it isn't really important to get a change notification as soon as possible.
