Options
- Jump to the first highlighted change
If enabled WebSite-Watcher jumps to the first highlighted change when opening the page.
- Jump to the first keyword (within highlighted changes)
If you have keywords specified, you can automatically jump to the first keyword (within highlighted changes) when opening the page.
- Show removed elements at the bottom of the page
If this option is enabled, WebSite-Watcher displays removed elements at the bottom of the page.
- Show last change marker
If enabled WebSite-Watcher shows a marker after the last change. The text and color of that marker can be defined in the general program settings.
- HotSite
HotSites are bookmarks with a specific flag and have one purpose: All HotSites are listed in a special folder called "HotSites", independent from the folder where they are really saved. This gives you the possibility to display your favorite bookmarks within one single folder. See chapter HotSites for more information.
- Don't check
With that option you can disable a bookmark and exclude it from the checking mechanism. If such a bookmark is placed into the check queue, it gets the status "skipped". Disabled bookmarks can be checked with the feature Check bookmarks (Extended options).
With the "Alert/Actions on" functionality you can define, when or if an update notification and additional bookmark actions (eg. Send e-mails or Export) should be performed. Default value is "Alert-On-Changes", that means that you get only update notifications when a page is changed.
